Climate estimates demand
Use reference ET with an appropriate crop coefficient to estimate crop water use. Satellite-based actual ET can help review field-scale patterns over time.
This dashboard brings together irrigation scheduling tools available to Oregon growers. Each listing explains the tool’s purpose, available information, access options and key considerations for use.
No single resource answers every irrigation question. Use weather-based crop ET to estimate demand, soil information to understand storage and field observations to verify root-zone conditions.
Entries are grouped by function so users can distinguish a complete scheduling tool from a data viewer, calculator or supporting guide.

Irrigation decisions are stronger when climate estimates, soil information and field observations tell a consistent story. When the three checks do not align, review the inputs, measurements and field conditions before changing the schedule.

Account for available water capacity, effective rooting depth and the allowable depletion that fits the crop and growth stage.
Check soil moisture, rooting, crop condition, applied depth and distribution uniformity. Correct the model when the field disagrees.
